Registration and Approval

To participate in our auctions, you must first register and receive approval from Monaco Legend Group.
As part of the registration process, you’ll be asked to provide necessary documentation, such as proof of identity and a bank statement. The approval process can take time, so we recommend registering well in advance of any auction you wish to attend.
Registration typically closes 48 hours before the start of a live auction. Once your registration is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation by email. You may register either online or by submitting a completed registration form.

Online Registration:

  • Click the registration button on the auction overview page.
  • Log in or create an account to proceed.
  • Upload the required documents.

Printed Form Registration:

  • Complete the registration form found in the printed catalogue or on the auction overview page.
  • Submit the form along with all required documents.

How to Place a Bid?

Once you’ve registered and been approved, you can begin placing bids on items in our auctions.

Before the auction begins, you may submit absentee bids. During the live event, you can bid in real time online, by telephone, or in person.

Absentee Bidding:

Absentee bidding allows you to participate without being physically present. During the live auction, our auctioneer will place bids on your behalf, up to your maximum amount, always seeking the lowest possible winning price.

You can submit absentee bids online or by completing the registration form.

Live Auction Bidding:

Participate in real time by choosing one of the following options:

Online Bidding

Log into your account on our website during the live auction to access the live bidding room. If you’re using a mobile device, download our app “Monaco Legend Group Live,” available for both iOS and Android.

Telephone Bidding

A Monaco Legend Group representative will call you during the auction and place bids on your behalf. Telephone bidding requires submission of the completed registration form in advance.

In-Person Bidding

You may bid in person by registering in advance or on-site up to three hours before the auction begins, provided you have been approved to participate.
