The present lot is a specimen of reference 1741, realized in 18k white gold, absolutely gorgeous in its design and amazing when dressed. The big carved cabochon is perfect in its conservation such as the nice dial. The Cartier signature stands out sightly above the blue steel hands and inside the minutes closed track while, to close the composition, are painted the Roman indexes.
