Historically, Patek Philippe attaches great importance to women’s complicated watches. The pink-gold case is extremely elegant and the lugs recall those of a truly iconic model produced by Patek between the ’40s and the ’60s, the reference 1579. Equipped with round pushers, a transparent case back and lavish diamond set bezel with a total of 72 diamonds that sparkle, the watch has definitely been worn a handful of times. The silvered dial has a 30-minute register and subsidiary seconds dial, along with applied Breguet numerals. The pulsometer scale is a respectful homage to the tradition of classic chronographs and can measure the pace of an active lifestyle or a slightly accelerated heart rate.
