As a creative designer and a pioneer in horology, most of the watches produced by Rolex over the years have always been amazed by its ability to totally break the mold with the aesthetic standards of the period in which they were designed. The here offered bracelet watch for the lady is a bald and fine creation made in pink gold and elegantly preserved. Not properly part of the Rolex philosophy, this doesn’t mean that the brand founded by Hans Wilsdorf hasn’t decided to try to create perfect timepieces even for gala occasions without actually succeeding. This reference 4322 is the real demonstration of this idea and due to the characteristics it possesses can be considered an almost unique object of its kind. It was indeed very difficult to find pieces produced by Rolex which had this shape and design, moreover, with a particular and very worked pattern. The present rectangular case with concealed dial reflects the creativity of Rolex, under which is located a delicate rectangular dial with dot and baton pink gold indexes, hidden when the mask is closed, and allows the piece to be worn as both a functional watch and a piece of jewelry. Moreover it comes with articulated dome-shaped links, the last one acting as a clasp. Under the Rolex signature, the dial is embellished by the famous and rare Swiss Rolex retailer “W.ROSCH”. The company Rösch in Bern was a Rolex retailer until the end of the ’80s. Preserved in excellent condition, this timepiece must have been worn sparingly throughout its lifetime as it hardly displays any wear.
