Bamford has taken a handful of Submariners, Milgausses, and Daytonas, given them the signature black PVD treatment, and detailed them in iconic Asprey purple. The present 116610 is numbered 3 of a limited edition of 25 pieces only and is one of the specimens of Submariner that came out from this collaboration. The massive 40 mm three-body case, with screwed-down back and crown, graduated with unidirectional revolving bezel, Triplock winding crown protected by the Crown Guard is basically untouched and strikes at a first glance for this unconventional combination of colors. The black PVD Oyster bracelet adapt to the whole composition where the only color that differs from the black-purple duo is the white Asprey signature right below the hands. When the watch was launched, George Bamford, founder of the eponymous Watch Department said "I am extremely proud to unveil these remarkable new designs.”, that truly understandable for the beauty and unprecedented style of the present and the other models layout.
